Monday Made It!

I have never participated in Monday Made It and each week I try to figure out how I can participate because I am not very crafty. I can do lots of cute stuff on my computer, but, sadly, that's where my talent ends. Then, it hit me! I love my mailbox labels, using binder clips and I can repost how I did that. Yay! I have arrived!

These are my students' mailboxes. I typed out their names, laminated them, and taped them to the 2-inch binder clips. I love this idea because they are easy to update and I don't have to worry about labels falling off. I hope you have enjoyed my tip!

    1. I lucked out because my school bought one for every teacher this year. They really come in handy. Maybe you can convince the powers that be to do the same at your school?

  8. I love the idea of using the clips as name tags. I've always just put tags in their mailboxes, but until I get used to where each box is, it takes me a long time to move the papers that are in there to see the name tag. Now I just have to get some clips!

  18. I LOVE this idea! I was wondering how you created these mailboxes tags (using Word, what size text box, etc.) or if you have a template that you wouldn't mind sharing. I can't WAIT to use this idea this year with my mailboxes. Thanks for sharing! =)

    1. Allison,

I created them in Word. I'm sorry, but I don't have the information you need. This was one of the many files I lost when my memory stick crashed. I call it the "Crash of 2012!" I'll be making them again and I'll try to remember to offer the template on my blog. Feel free to remind me around August 5, LOL!
