Samson Giveaway and a Helpful Freebie

I just wanted to encourage everyone to stop by my blog and enter my giveaway to win a free account to Samson's Classroom. Samson's Classroom is an online series that helps students become better readers. Students can play engaging games that focus on 3 core building blocks; sight words, spelling, and reading comprehension. I was offered an opportunity to set up a free account to use with my students and we are loving it! Samson's Classroom has also offered me the opportunity to offer a free account to one of my followers. If you are looking for a computer based program to supplement and reinforce your instruction, look no further! Please click on the logo below to find out how you can get more information about Samson's Classroom and enter my giveaway, worth $80.00!

I also wanted to offer you a helpful freebie. My first and second graders write on notebook paper a lot and have a difficult time figuring out how to properly use this type of paper. To help them be successful without having to ask me, "Is this the right way?" I keep a laminated model showing the proper way to use notebook paper at each table. They find it very helpful and I love to watch them comparing their paper to the model. If you would like a copy, please click the image below.

Please let me know if you like it! Thanks and don't forget to click over to my giveaway!
